Your photos stay on your device.

MINGMEI applies a look to one photo at a time. It needs no account. Photos are processed only on your device and are never uploaded. This version shows no ads, collects no personal information and sends no data anywhere.

1. Photos

Taking a photo. The app asks for camera access only when you tap "Start shooting". You can refuse and still import a photo.

Importing a photo. The app uses the system photo picker and can read only the one photo you pick. It has no access to the rest of your library.

Saving. The edited result is saved to your photo library as a new picture (Android: Pictures/MINGMEI; iOS: add-only Photos access, so the app cannot read your library). Your original photo is never changed. If you turn on "Keep original", the unedited capture is also saved as a separate picture. The app writes no location or camera metadata into saved pictures, and it deletes the temporary files it makes while taking or sharing a photo.

Photos are never sent to the operator, to an advertising company or to any server.

2. Advertising

This version shows no ads. An advertising library is present in the code but is disabled and never started, so no advertising identifier or device data is collected or shared, and the advertising ID permission is removed from this build. If a future version shows a banner (only below the "Saved" screen), this policy will be updated before that version is released and the store listing will say "Contains ads".

3. Optional usage analytics

In Settings you can turn on "Usage analytics". It is off by default. When it is on, the app records which features you use (for example a photo was imported, a look was chosen, a photo was saved or shared, a save failed) with a random installation ID that the app creates. It never records photos, file names, image metadata, location or faces. In this version these records stay on your device and are not transmitted. Turning the switch off deletes the queued records and the installation ID.

4. Settings stored on your device

Your last look and its adjustment values, the "Keep original", "Remember last look" and analytics switches, and the number of photos saved are kept on your device only. Removing the app deletes them; the operator cannot restore them.

5. Permissions

Android: camera, only for taking photos. INTERNET and network-state permissions are declared because the disabled advertising library requires them at build time; the app itself makes no network requests in this version. No location, contacts, microphone or broad storage permissions. iOS: camera (when you tap "Start shooting") and add-only Photos access (when you save).

6. Sharing

When you tap "Share" after saving, the app hands the edited picture to the app you choose. MINGMEI itself sends nothing; what happens next is governed by that app.

7. Children

MINGMEI is for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. It has no chat, no accounts and no public sharing inside the app.

8. Support requests

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and any files you attach, and use them only to answer your request. Please do not send passwords or payment details. Support correspondence is deleted within 90 days after the request is resolved, unless the law requires us to keep it. Email is handled by Gmail (Google), and this page is served by Cloudflare, which may process connection data such as your IP address to deliver it. Neither is operated by the operator.

9. Changes

Changes will be posted at this address with a new policy version date.

사진은 기기 내부에서만 처리합니다.

밍메이는 사진 한 장에 룩을 적용하는 카메라·편집 앱입니다. 계정이 필요 없습니다. 사진은 기기 안에서만 처리하고 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 이 버전에는 광고가 없고, 개인정보를 수집하지 않으며, 어떤 데이터도 전송하지 않습니다.

1. 사진

촬영. "촬영 시작"을 누를 때만 카메라 권한을 요청합니다. 거부해도 사진 가져오기는 쓸 수 있습니다.

가져오기. 시스템 사진 선택기를 사용하며, 사용자가 고른 사진 한 장만 읽습니다. 나머지 사진 보관함에는 접근하지 않습니다.

저장. 편집 결과는 사진 보관함에 새 사진으로 저장합니다(Android: Pictures/MINGMEI, iOS: 추가 전용 사진 권한이라 보관함을 읽을 수 없음). 원본 사진은 바꾸지 않습니다. "원본도 보관"을 켜면 편집 전 촬영본도 별도 사진으로 저장합니다. 앱은 저장 사진에 위치나 카메라 정보를 쓰지 않으며, 촬영·공유 중 만든 임시 파일은 앱이 지웁니다.

사진은 운영자, 광고 회사, 어떤 서버에도 보내지 않습니다.

2. 광고

이 버전에는 광고가 없습니다. 광고 라이브러리가 코드에 있지만 꺼져 있고 시작되지 않으므로 광고 ID나 기기 정보를 수집·공유하지 않으며, 광고 ID 권한은 이 빌드에서 제거했습니다. 이후 버전에서 배너("저장했어요" 화면 아래에만)를 보여 주게 되면, 그 버전을 내기 전에 이 정책을 고치고 스토어에 "광고 포함"을 표시합니다.

3. 선택적 이용 분석

설정에서 "이용 분석"을 켤 수 있으며 기본값은 꺼짐입니다. 켜면 어떤 기능을 썼는지(예: 사진 가져오기, 룩 선택, 사진 저장·공유, 저장 실패)를 앱이 만든 무작위 설치 ID와 함께 기록합니다. 사진, 파일 이름, 이미지 메타데이터, 위치, 얼굴 정보는 기록하지 않습니다. 이 버전에서는 기록이 기기 안에만 있고 전송되지 않습니다. 스위치를 끄면 쌓인 기록과 설치 ID를 지웁니다.

4. 기기에 저장되는 설정

마지막 룩과 조절값, "원본도 보관"·"마지막 룩 기억"·이용 분석 스위치, 저장한 사진 수는 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워지며 운영자가 복구할 수 없습니다.

5. 권한

Android: 카메라(촬영할 때만). INTERNET과 네트워크 상태 권한은 꺼져 있는 광고 라이브러리가 빌드 시 요구해서 선언되어 있을 뿐, 이 버전의 앱은 네트워크 요청을 하지 않습니다. 위치, 연락처, 마이크, 광범위한 저장소 권한은 없습니다. iOS: 카메라("촬영 시작"을 누를 때)와 추가 전용 사진 권한(저장할 때).

6. 공유

저장 후 "공유"를 누르면 편집한 사진을 사용자가 고른 앱에 넘깁니다. 밍메이 자체는 아무것도 전송하지 않으며, 그 뒤의 처리는 공유 대상 앱의 정책을 따릅니다.

7. 아동

밍메이는 일반 이용자를 대상으로 하며 아동을 포함해 누구의 개인정보도 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 채팅, 계정, 앱 안의 공개 공유 기능이 없습니다.

8. 지원 문의

이메일로 문의하면 이메일 주소, 메시지, 첨부한 파일을 받게 되며 요청에 답하는 목적으로만 사용합니다. 비밀번호나 결제 정보는 보내지 마세요. 지원 관련 서신은 요청 해결 후 90일 안에 삭제하며, 법령상 보관이 필요한 경우는 예외입니다. 이메일은 Gmail(Google)로 처리되고, 이 페이지는 Cloudflare가 제공하며 전송을 위해 IP 주소 같은 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 둘 다 운영자가 직접 운영하는 서비스는 아닙니다.

변경 사항은 이 주소에 새 정책 버전 날짜와 함께 게시합니다.
